In he event that due to the fast pace of market developments and the company's efforts to meet its needs, there is a slight delay in updating its website, the company is not liable to the user or any third party for any damage that may be caused to him by such delay. 
• NRG Trading House undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of its website and to correct any errors in it.
